ADM contracted us, an agricultural company for Soy Processing, in Des Moines, IA. ADM needed a metal roof restoration at their Des Moines location. We power washed the roof to remove any rust. We applied a roof coating base coat of primer. Using a base coat consists of spraying all roof panel seams, bolts, and protrusions. The final roof coating of the “topcoat” primer was applied, making this a complete roof coating restoration system for a metal roof.
We recommend a Commercial Roofing inspection annually for Roof Coatings systems. The cost for regular maintenance is far less than the cost of a full commercial roof replacement.
