We applied a commercial roofing product with an elastomeric, acrylic, and a monolithic roof coating, in a bright white finish, to completely waterproof the substrate on this building with a Metal Roof in poor to good condition. A continuous and seamless monolithic membrane enveloped the commercial building's roof.
In addition to roof coatings, we applied a BASF spray polyurethane foam (SPF) system designed for roofing applications.

The roof on the American Legion in Leigh, Nebraska had extensive hail damage. We determined that the roof was in poor condition and that spray foam and roof coatings would extend the life of the existing roof.
We recommend a Commercial Roofing inspection annually for Spray Foam Roofing systems. The cost for regular maintenance is far less than the cost of a full commercial roof replacement.
