We began repairing the EPDM rubber flat roof for the Lutheran church in Bloomfield, NE. We applied spray foam roofing and a roof coating system over the existing EPDM rubber roof.
The roof had two major areas that had leaks. Leaks are sometimes common with the EPDM Rubber roof system over time. We released the EPDM rubber from the edges and mechanically fastened the rubber to the roof deck. We thoroughly cleaned the rubber roof and put down spray foam. We tapered the spray foam toward the drains. Then we put down a base coat of roof coating.
Finally, we put down the topcoat to complete the roof project.
We recommend a Commercial Roofing inspection annually for Spray Foam Roofing systems. The cost for regular maintenance is far less than the cost of a full commercial roof replacement.Project Photos
